I’m really pissed-off today!! I normally set myself in “invisible” mode at the office because I have a bad experience working at this public listed company…well you know all the politics and stuff…hishhh! In public listed company one should equipping themselves with skills in company politics! Have to know how to throw shit and know how to dodge shit.Its been almost 2 years I’m in “invisible” mode…but yesterday unusual things happen, so this sleeping tiger wake up a bit. Yesterday, I shoot an email to our HR manager because there’s a discrepancy for my July salary. I c.c the email to our Head of HR & Admin, which in my opinion a reasonable things to do since our HR department always dreaming and fast asleep.
Today…hmmphhh….today I got highlighted by our Head of Construction because of punctuality! Amazingly over 200++ staff, he can actually “see” that I'm occasionally late to work eventhough I'm based at site which about 30km away from him! He must have a bionic eyes! When I asked my PM, who actually report to him about my whereabout? He said he's not sure who and I feel like to spit on his face!
Oh well, I learned my lesson the hard way, and I’m going to fight this battle though there are saying says “why fight the battle we can’t win?” My answer, it's self dignities!
